Launch of TMS Site Construction and Centralized Operation Center Project

Konoike Transport Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan; Chief Executive Officer: Satoshi Wada; Hereinafter “simount”) to launch a project focusing on TMS (Transportation Management System) site*1 construction and the creation of a centralized operation center. With this initiative, Konoike Transport will collaborate with partner companies based on its own trunk line network of vehicles while receiving assistance from simount to establish data infrastructure, optimize dispatching, and promote sales and business collaboration, as it aims to build a logistics network where it works together with multiple customers. *1 Logistics sites operated with a transport management system
