Konoike Asia (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. was established in the Changshu Advanced Materials Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province, as a wholly owned subsidiary of Konoike Transport Co., Ltd. It handles temperature-controlled warehousing (18°C), nationwide delivery in China (by truck or container), international logistics, international and domestic equipment relocation (including leveling, coupling alignment, secondary piping and secondary wiring), consulting on the importing of pre-owned and licensed equipment in China, as well as other services. The company acquired a business license on August 3, 2012, has a paid-in capital of $12.5 million, a site area of 14,000 m2, and a total warehouse floor area of 8,500 m2 (18°C-temperature controlled, raised-floor, dust-blocking, pressure-type).
