We aim to further expand our business to position the vast Indian market as the KONOIKE Group's second foundation.
Since establishing our base in India in 2008, the KONOIKE Group has been actively expanding its business operations, including forwarding, engineering, railway transportation, medical services, and is planning to enter the steel business as well. As the Indian market is expected to experience significant demand growth and high growth potential, we are committed to further developing and deepening our business presence. KIPL focuses on international forwarding, installation of machinery and equipment, and plant relocation, where we have accumulated expertise over many years. We are also actively expanding our logistics and packaging businesses. Starting in 2024, KIPL will serve as the Group's coordinating company in India, overseeing cross-functional business activities, strengthening governance and compliance, and improving efficiency through centralized management of operations and business administration. We will establish ourselves firmly in the Indian market, evolving from a Japanese company to an Indian (global) company, working alongside our partners to grow and prosper together.
