Konoike Logistics (Shenzhen) was established in the Futian Free Trade Zone in April 2004 as a wholly owned subsidiary of a Hong Kong company in accordance with the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA) between mainland China and Hong Kong. When the ban on fully owned foreign investment in international freight forwarding and logistics businesses was later lifted, the company acquired a license for such operations and subsequently expanded its range of business by establishing a branch in Guangzhou. With continued development of the port and airport facilities as well as the surrounding infrastructure in both Shenzhen and Guangzhou, Konoike Logistics (Shenzhen) has been offering freight forwarding services, including one-stop international shipping, and high-level logistics services such as vendor-managed inventory and buyer consolidation to assist customers pursuing global growth.
