Since 2002, we have been providing cleaning and maintenance services for medical equipment, including surgical equipment for orthopedic implants and contract medical equipment manufacturing services at six bases nationwide. Based on our experience in starting the first outsourcing business for orthopedic surgical equipment in Japan, we currently provide a range of services for orthopedic surgical equipment including orthopedic implants to over 30 medical equipment manufacturers. We also offer efficient services that help reduce lead time at centers with logistic functions. We have an extensive record in QMS compliance surveys and supplier audits.

Our staff, experienced in handling medical equipment, will clean, assemble and conduct a functional check to ensure equipment is ready to use in the operating room. Our cleaning centers also have distribution centers, which reduces lead time, rent, delivery costs, and excess inventory.

Work is carried out on a cleaning line dedicated to veterinary medical equipment that is isolated from medical equipment for human use. *We have experience handling various types of veterinary medical equipment (rigid mirrors, ultrasonic surgical instruments, scopes, probes for small-diameter endoscopes, etc.).

Under our manufacturing industry registration, we allocate manufacturing engineers to perform manufacturing and quality control based on QMS and provide integrated logistics services overseas and across Japan. In addition, because we assign manufacturing engineers, you no longer need to worry about hiring full-time personnel (personnel in charge of practical logistics operations and manufacturing engineers).
We have acquired medical equipment manufacturing business registration, and specially controlled medical equipment sales and lease business registration to address client needs.
•Contract cosmetics manufacturing services
We manage your products at distribution centers that have acquired manufacturing operation (packaging, labeling, storage) licenses under the Act on Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, and handle manufacturing and logistics operations. -
Six bases nationwide, convenient locations
We provide services at a total of six bases in Tokyo, Osaka, Sapporo, Fukuoka, Hyogo, and Kanmon (Yamaguchi Prefecture). The Tokyo base is located approximately 12 minutes by car to Haneda Airport and is recognized as a highly convenient logistics base. You can also use our Osaka, Fukuoka and Sapporo bases as logistics bases for emergency shipments.

The Tokyo base is a warehouse with a BSL pile top earthquake resistant structure that reduces the risk of disaster. We have also acquired sales and lease business registrations in Sapporo, Osaka, Hyogo, and Fukuoka that can be used as a backup in case of an emergency.
