We provide a passenger information service, wrapping service to prevent baggage issues such as damage and staining, baggage delivery, temporary storage service and others. We have also used the know-how in attending to customers cultivated through our airport-related operations to roll out etiquette training for businesses.

We provide wide-ranging information services at information counters in Narita Airport terminal buildings, giving passengers guidance on the terminals and answering questions on tourist destinations in Japan. Additionally, as Narita Airport’s information telephone operator, we provide a variety of information including departures and arrivals.

Baggage wrapping services
We provide a wrapping service called “YOUR WRAP” at Kansai International Airport. By wrapping baggage in a special stretch film, we prevent baggage issues such as damage and staining. These are services that meet various needs such as bundling multiple hand baggage items into one and protecting items, including golf bags, musical instruments, and bicycles that are not in the carton.

Baggage delivery and temporary storage, and WiFi rental services
We offer the delivery service “KABS” in the departure and arrival lobbies at Kansai International Airport. As well as sending baggage from the airport, it is also possible to send it beforehand from a designated location and collect it at the airport. We also assist passengers in traveling light, whether for pleasure or business, through a temporary storage service for bags and coats, and rental service of Wi-Fi, which has become an essential item for overseas travel.
