Wide-ranging services, from airport information desks to the home delivery and wrapping of hand baggage
We provide information in response to passenger questions, a service for the home delivery and temporary storage of hand baggage, and a wrapping service for protecting hand baggage from damage and soiling.

At the information counters in the terminal buildings of Narita International Airport and our telephone center, we respond to the various requests of passengers from around the world. We also provide interpreting and care services.

We provide a wrapping service called “YOUR WRAP” at Kansai International Airport using special film to prevent baggage issues such as damage and staining.

In the arrival and departure lobbies at Kansai International Airport, we are rolling out baggage delivery, the temporary storage service “KABS”. Luggage can be delivered to or collected from the airport or a location designated by the customer.

Passenger information services
At Narita International Airport, we have been contracted by the company running the airport to provide a wide range of information services at the information counters inside the terminal buildings, such as information regarding the terminals and tourist spots in Japan. We also provide diverse information regarding arrivals and departures as the telephone operator for the information service of Narita International Airport.

Baggage wrapping services
We provide a wrapping service called “YOUR WRAP” at Kansai International Airport. By wrapping baggage in a special stretch film, we prevent baggage issues such as damage and staining. These are services that meet various needs such as bundling multiple hand baggage items into one and protecting items, including golf bags, musical instruments, and bicycles that are not in the carton.

Baggage delivery and temporary storage services
We offer the delivery service “KABS” in the departure and arrival lobbies at Kansai International Airport. As well as sending baggage from the airport, it is also possible to send it beforehand from a designated location and collect it at the airport. We also assist passengers in traveling light, whether for pleasure or business, through a temporary storage service for bags and coats.
