We provide passenger handling services in airports, such as customer-facing services at service counters and lounges, and flight operations that manage flight planning and execution. Our staff, well trained with good knowledge and skills, support various operations of airlines with the spirit of hospitality.

Passenger services
We answer a variety of questions and inquiries such as on sale of air tickets, check-in, guidance at departure gates, and meeting passengers at an arrival gate as well as the handing back of temporarily stored baggage. We give assistance to customers requiring wheelchairs, strollers, etc. At Narita International Airport, we are also commissioned to offer airport information services by the airport management company.

Lounge and customer services
We provide services that help passengers to relax before the departure of their flights at the international flight lounges in Kansai International Airport and Narita International Airport. We also guide VIP passengers when they depart and arrive.

Flight operation assistance
We track expected departure and arrival times, make adjustments to aircraft parking places, and provide information that flight crew need such as of flight routes and weather conditions.

Flight control assistance
We support flight controls at Kansai International Airport and Narita International Airport by coordinating a wide range of operations with other departments, such as arrangements for seats of departing flights and in-flight meals, and management of arriving flights, in accordance with the contract with airlines.
