Take your first step toward overseas expansion
In partnership with two domestic manufacturers and logistics partners, we built a "two-company round-use" scheme that reuses import containers for exports. By unloading import containers at domestic factories and transferring empty containers to another manufacturer for export use, we eliminate wasteful empty container moves while maintaining existing operations. With overseas container check systems and tight scheduling for unloading, transfer, loading, and port delivery, we have reduced annual CO₂ emissions by up to ~41.0 tons (a 35% reduction) and driver operating hours by up to 1,140 hours (a 38% reduction).
Due to the civil war in Myanmar, some major border roads have been destroyed and cross-border truck transportation has been almost impossible since late 2023. We collaborated with our Thailand office to transport via maritime container and built a scheme using dump trucks at our Thilawa site to deliver to factory silos directly.
Our Chinese local company with trading rights and the import license took on the role of importer to provide a comprehensive service from permit confirmation, document preparation, customs clearance, tax payment, cargo handling, transportation to factory, and payment settlement.
